Week 2 Dev. Post

We’ve continued to work on both prototypes, not sure which one we liked more and wanted to put into it yet. During the week I focused on fleshing out the design for the adventure game with the girl and her magical seeds, sketching up and documenting possible puzzles and seed mechanic use for the game. We got a cleaner prototype from Chris for the plant tile game, allowing me to play around with the grid size of a map and move a cub around a flat plane. During this time we also got a paper prototype from Charles that was a deviation of the tree growing game, which we all played and had a blast with.

We still weren’t sure which prototype to go with so we decided to keep up both of them, seeing as they were both very similar in their themes as well as programmatically since they were both grid based.
